José Luis Alonso:
He graduated in 1977 from the National University of San Juan with
the degree of Electromechanical Engineer with Electrical
Orientation. He specialized in Planning and Engineering of High and
Extra High Voltage Transmission Systems in HIDRONOR S.A., where he
reached the position of Chief of the Electrical Studies Area of the
Works and Projects Management. From 1993 to February of 1999 he
worked as the Planning Department Chief of the Management Network of
Energy Transference for TRANSENER S.A. and TRANSBA S.A. He is member
of the Institute of Electrical an Electronics Engineers (IEEE), as
well as technical coordinator in different committees of the CIER
and CIGRE. He has published different works in specialized magazines
in the Argentine and Foreign electricity area, as well as presenting
many other works in expositions and conferences.
Since 1992 he has participated in the conduction of numerous works performed by SIEyE. At present, he is managing partner of the company and responsible for the activity of Consultancy and Special Studies.
Jesús Viciana Pérez:
He graduated in 1977 from the National University of San Juan with
the degree of Electromechanical Engineer with Electrical
Orientation. He specialized in Planning of Reactive Power in the
Centro Eletrotecnico Sperimentale Italiano (CESI) in Milán in 1986.
He held positions of University Professor and was responsible for
post-graduate courses in the National University of San Juan and
researcher for the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Cientificas y
Técnicas (CONICET). He worked for the Institute of Electric Energy
of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of San Juan, where
he carried out special studies and specialized consultancy in power
systems; also held the positions as member of the Direction
Committee and Deputy Director of the Institute of Electric Energy.
He has published different works in specialized magazines in the
Argentine and Foreign electricity area, as well as presenting many
other works in expositions and conferences.
Since 1992 he is managing partner of SIEyE and responsible for the activity developed by Provisión de Energía Electrica (PEE).
Jorge Omar Gómez:
He graduated from the National University of San Juan in the career
of Computer Science, and has developed all his working experience
within the field of electrical engineering. From 1991 to 1999 he
worked in the Institute of Electric Energy of the National
University of San Juan, where he carried out researches included in
the investigation program of this institute and participated in
works of specialized consultancy. From 1995 to 1999 he held the
position of Professor in the Faculty of Engineering of the National
University of San Juan, in the career of Electrical Engineering.
Since 1993 he has participated in the conduction of consultancy
works performed by SIEyE, where he has specialized in the operation
of programs of distribution networks analyses and power systems. He
is responsible for SIEyE’s Software Supplying, Training and Support.
Eduardo Potenzoni:
He graduated from the National University of San Juan, in the year
1991, with the degree of Electrician Engineer. He specialized in
studies of Electric Systems Reliability within the area of
Scholarships of the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas
y Técnicas (CONICET) until 1995. Also in that year and until 1996,
he carried out researches, agreements with private companies, and
held office as a professor for the Institute of Electric Energy of
the National University of San Juan – Argentina. During the period
1996 – 1999, he worked in the Planning Department for the Network of
TRANSENER S.A. – Argentina, where he performed studies of
performance analyses, network planning, etc., within the framework
of studies required for the preparation of the Reference Guides for
the companies TRANSENER, and for the main high voltage transmission
company of the Province of Buenos Aires (TRANSBA). Since 1999, he
has held office as consultant of electric studies within the area of
tariffs renegotiations, evaluations of reliability of different
electric systems and related devices and analyses of Service Quality
regulations. Currently, he works as permanent Senior Consulting
Engineer for Electric and Electromechanical Engineering Services
S.R.L. (SIEyE), dedicated to Special Studies in the areas of
performance analysis of electric systems, transmission expansion
planning and electricity distribution systems, determination of
electric installation costs, and reliability analyses, among others.
Leonardo Miguel Delgado:
He graduated from the National University of San Juan with the
degree Electric Engineer. He specialized in the running of software
PSS/E, which is the tool used for carrying out studies of Electric
System.Since the year 2003 he has participated as a Junior
Consulting Engineer for SIEyE, where he performed studies of,
network planning, protection system and put in service plant tested,
etc.
Manuel Viciana:
He graduated from the National University of San Juan with the
diploma of Electrical Engineer. He specialized in the operation of
PSS/E software, used to perform studies of the Electrical System and
for the simulation of power systems. Also he performed
electromagnetic studies with de EMTP RV program. His graduation
thesis is called “Technical Economical Evaluation of Alternatives
for Transmission Related to New Generation Projects in the Patagonia
South System”. In his work he identifies, for the current reality of
the Argentine Electrical System, the advantages and disadvantages of
the application of HVDC transmission systems, considering
technical-economical aspects of the environmental impact.
Natalia Silvina Viciana:
National Public Accountant, graduated from the Faculty of Economic
Sciences, Universidad Católica de Cuyo – San Juan, in 2003. She has
taken the “Post-Graduate course in Strategic Evaluation of Projects
and Investments” given by the Faculty of Social Sciences – UNSJ
(National University of San Juan). Since 1998 she has contributed to
the consultancy works carried out by SIEyE within the area of prices
analyses, Economical Evaluations and Financial Analyses.
