SIEyE is a firm of consultant engineers with national and international experience, specialized in Electrical Supply Systems. It possesses an extensive background in the consultancy to the private companies that integrate the regulated electricity markets, as well as regulating authorities and government authorities related to the electricity area.

SIEyE is a Limited Liability Company founded in 1992 in the city of San Juan, Republic of Argentina. Currently, SIEyE is composed by more than 15 highly skilled professionals (electrical and electromechanical engineers, computer specialists and economists). Its offices are located in the cities of Buenos Aires and San Juan, Republic of Argentina.

SIEyE has an area exclusively dedicated to the study of different rural markets, and to the study of projects of renewable energies such as wind, hydroelectric, solar, biomass, etc. In such area, it is also evaluated the potential that an energy generation project of renewable sources has for participating in the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), included in Section N° 12 of the Kyoto Protocol. It is also prepared the documents required for the presentation of said projects in the CDM.

Among the different projects in which SIEyE has participated, different aspects of the Argentine and other Latin-American countries’ electric infrastructure are included. In this way, it has established relations with a large number of clients in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia and Chile; private and public companies, investors; multilateral, bilateral and commercial lender institutions, governments, independent regulating authorities and promoting companies of projects and investments.
